Dangerous Goods Services Ltd. provide a retained consultant Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser (DGSA) service, for fully regulated dangerous goods by Road (as per the statutory requirement laid down in CDG 2009 (as amended) and ADR Article 1.8.3) or, an "ad-hoc" consultancy for businesses whose operations fall outside the scope of requiring a retained DGSA.
We also offer advice on transport labelling and packagings, along with compliance with International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG 41-22) Regulations.
Safety Data Sheet Authoring
Dangerous Goods Services Ltd. provide a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) authoring service, using proprietary software to correctly classify your substance, or mixture, to applicable British standards and legislation.
Data is verified against the (GB) Mandatory Classification List (MCL), the ECHA Harmonised Classification (HC) or the EU Classification and Labelling Inventory (CLI) prior to use.
We can also assist during your research and development phase to ensure that the classification of your chemistry is minimised in the first instance.
Strategic Compliance
Dangerous Goods Services Ltd. also provides strategic compliance assistance with regard to trading chemicals across the Great Britain boarder and into Europe.
Following EU-exit there are a number of instances of divergence, including many within REACH and CLP, which can be identified, and mitigated, to ensure compliance with incumbent legislation and minimisation of additional costs.
